· Job Description职责描述:
1. Accept online and offline customers' booking needs for the hotel, and properly solve them.接受线上、线下客户对酒店的预订需求,并予以妥善解决。
2. Answer customers' inquiries about hotel and other product information, answer them and make relevant records.接听客户对酒店等产品信息的咨询电话,予以解答并作好相关记录。
3. Be familiar with room booking procedures and provide guests with the latest and most accurate room status information.熟悉处理房间预订的程序,给宾客提供给最新和最准确的房况信息。
4. Implement the list of "no-show guests" and daily group cancellations.落实“预订未到宾客”的名单和每日团队取消情况。
Required Qualifications 任职要求:
1.Have certain communication skills, articulate, cheerful and confident, have strong language expression skills and interpersonal communication skills; 有一定的沟通能力,口齿清晰、开朗自信,有较强的语言表达能力和人际沟通能力;
2. College degree or above, standard Mandarin, polite conversation, sweet voice; 大专以上学历,普通话标准,谈吐礼貌,声音甜美;
3. Proficient in basic office software operation, proficient in Chinese and English typing。熟练掌握基本办公软件操作,中英文打字熟练.
