Assist Communication
Director in organization and coordinating promotional activities in the hotel.
Promote and enhance the hotel image according to the target set and approved by
the hotel management. Assist in an
annual marketing communication plan with specific goals and budget as outlines
in hotel marketing plan. Assist in effective implementation of digital marketing
and promotion plan.

To support
all digital initiatives and channels for the Hotel, including but not limited
to Website (Brand.com) and mobile marketing, Performance Marketing (SEO/SEM/
MetaSearch), social media, Affiliate Marketing, OTA contents management and promotion,
RB&E digital selling channels, Customer engagement marketing …, etc.
支持酒店的所有数字计划和渠道,包括但不限于网站(Brand.com)、移动营销、绩效营销(SEO/SEM)、社交媒体、联盟营销、在线旅行社推广,线上餐饮推广,客户互动营销等。
To develop and explore more digital channels or
third-party cooperation opportunities.

To support
the Corporate Projects / Campaigns and coordinate with the Corporate Teams for
areas including but not limited to website, WeChat mall, corporate campaigns…,
etc.

To assist
the coordination with other Hotel Departments and Corporate Teams on the
development and execution of these marketing initiatives/ campaigns.

To support
the implementation of the Hotel offers and campaigns (room/ F&B/ events…)
on all digital channels

administer the Performance Marketing items for the Hotel, including but not limited
to SEM/ SEO/ Meta-search/ Online and Social Advertising/ WeChat advertising/
OTA affiliate marketing… etc.

Solicit
new and existing guests in RB&E to meet/exceed revenue goals. This will
consist of telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections,
private room and table visits, written communication and file maintenance.
寻求新的和现有的来宾,以满足/超过收入目标。这包括销售电话、现场拜访、书面通信和文件维护。
Actively
offering the hotel F&B facilities and building/maintaining guest
relationship.
