【职位描述】
· 完全熟悉所有酒店及其餐饮部门的政策和工作程序。
· 保持准确无误档案管理及创建,建立本部门的跟踪系统。
· 负责管理菜单制定流程,参与零点,季节性及新菜单的启用。
· 与餐饮部内部和其他酒店部门积极沟通。
· 与餐饮部各个运营经理组织协调关于餐饮特殊活动,安排现场考察,制定BEO。
· 给予餐饮部行政及运营支持。
· Be completely familiar with all Peninsula Hotel / F&B Management policies and procedures.
· Maintains and create when required, a proper filing and trace system for the department.
· Managing menu editing procedures, participate in launching new, seasonal, ala cart menus.
· Communicate between F&B department and other departments.
· Work together with F&B outlets manager in organizing special group events in different restaurants, handling site visit, creating BEO.
· Provide administrative and operational support to F&B department.

· Ability to work well under pressure.
· Good command of English both verbal and written.
· Proven ability in using Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and E-mail applications.
· Passionate about Food and Beverage.
