5. Ensure all fixtures and
operating equipment is in good working condition.
确保所有的设施和操作设备处于良好的工作状态。
6.Ensure good general appearance
and maintenance of restaurant working areas.
确保餐厅的美观和维护工作。
7.Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding beverage
and services.
关注客人关于饮料和服务的投诉,请求或询问。
8. Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all
concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks,
discusses the same with the Manager.
