Position Overview 岗位概述:
Responsible for the operation of the bakery of the hotel. Ensure a high quality of service. could do cashiering and have a sense of upselling. arrange the work of the Boulangerie Sever.
负责酒店面包店日常运营。确保高质量的对客服务。能够收银,有一定的销售技巧。安排面包店服务员的日常工作。
The Role 岗位职责:
Follow up on the daily opening and closing duties of the Boulangerie
跟进面包店日常的开档收档工作
Be present during the operating hours and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service
营业时间在岗,确保优质的对客服务
Plan and schedule team members according to business levels
根据营业情况制定员工班次
Facility check and report any maintenance issues to the Manager
向当班经理上报任何需要维修的设施设备
Control operating expenses and costs and run an accurate inventory
控制营业成本,盘存表需精确
Do colleague training according to the team needs
根据实际情况为员工做培训
Run briefings and communicate any menu changes or others to the team
主持例会,向员工传达菜单的变更和任何其他的信息
