主要职责 Primary Responsibilities :
1、监督所有酒水的标准配方。
Monitors standard recipes for all beverages.
2、参加每月酒水库存并监督各种活动。
Participates in the monthly beverage physical inventory and monitors the activities.
3、确保在任何情况下做好所有酒水安排,与宴会部、工程部及其它部门协调好关系。
Ensure all necessary arrangements and preparations are made for normal and special events; coordinates activities with Banquet, Engineering and other departments.
4、关注客人有关服务及饭菜的投诉、要求或需求。
Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding beverage and services.
5、记录并保存销售额,客人的投拆、解决办法及所涉及的人员和设备方面的情况。
Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks, discusses the same with Asst. Beverage Manager.

1、性格开朗、工作踏实,具有较强的服务意识。
Cheerful personality, down-to-earth work, with a strong sense of service.
2、流利的英语表达能力。
Fluent in English.
3、能适应早晚班工作时间。
Able to work in morning and evening shifts.
