Main Responsibilities 主要职责:
1.To assist the executive housekeeper in daily housekeeping tasks。
协助行政管家处理客房部每日行政事务。
2.To get information on room status, departures and V.I.P.'s.
收集关于房态、退房及贵宾房信息。
3.To receive and record all telephone calls.
处理所有来电,并做好记录。
4.Communicates with the other departments for the job.
与酒店各个部门进行工作上的沟通。
5.The store and L&F management.
负责仓库库存、遗留仓的管理。
6.Controls the store items and weekly orders.
控制仓库存品并跟进每周的订购量。
7.Manager the staff attendance and staff work arrangement.
管理部门考勤、客房部员工的工作安排。
8.Controls the Keyboard / Issues keys.
控制客房钥匙系统。
9.Follows up on maintenance requests, to ensure completion.
跟进维修要求并确保其完成。
10.Performs other duties assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
执行其他任何行政管家分配的工作任务.
Job Profile 任职资格:
1.Previous experiences as a Housekeeping coordinator is a plus.
有客房协调员经验的应聘者优先考虑。
2.Operational knowledge of housekeeping operations.
熟悉客房部运作知识。
3.Ability to pleasantly and effectively communicate with guests, hotel management and hotel personnel.
