· Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her staff
· 管理和监督客房服务员的各项工作。
· Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms and housekeeping pantries according to set standards and procedures
· 确保所有客用区域根据正确的标准和程序进行清洁。
· Supervise public areas
· 监督公共区域。
· Ensure that guest supplies are replenished
· 确保客用品是充足整齐的。
· Ensure guests’ requests are promptly and courteously met
· 确保客人的要求及时有礼貌的满足
· Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms using P.M.S system
· 使用PMS系统报告酒店房间内设施设备的损坏或故障。
· Maintain equipment in proper state of cleanliness and repair
· 保证清洁设备的清洁和能够正常运转。
· Maintain a section floor report
· 保持和所负责楼层服务员的联系。
· Conduct daily briefings with staff at floor level
· 每天为所负责楼层的服务员开班前会。
· Conduct regular room checklists
· 按照规定对房间进行检查并记录。
· Report unusual behavior/activities on floors to Assistant Housekeeping Manager
· 发现可疑的人或事件立刻和助理管家报告。
· Record room status in allocated section accurately
· 准确的记录所负责楼层的房态。
· Comply with hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policies
· 在健康,安全,仪表仪容方面达到酒店标准。
· Attend meetings and training sessions as required
· 按照酒店和部门的规定参加会议和培训。
· Fully understand the difference in guest levels (VIP) and in room categories
· 能够区分VIP的等级和客房的类别。
