Job Description
1、To provide general supervision for the team and support to the managers.
2、Responsible for training and development for House Ambassadors, maintenance
the quality of service.
3、Establish a good relationship with both internal and external guests. To
accord personalized and prompt service to all Marriott and VIP guests from
arrival to departure, to provide all hotel guests and patrons, courteous, tactful
and efficient services.
4、Assist guests to ensure that they receive utmost care during their stay.
5、Coordinates with all concerned departments to fulfill guest needs.
