• Trace relevant statistics about clientele
追踪顾客相关数据,维护客人信息。
• Greet Guests upon arrival
为顾客提供热情周到的到店欢迎服务体验。
• Cover guest relations desk
建立并维护酒店与宾客间的情感联系。
• Assist all departments in being receptive to the needs of guests
协助各部门理解客人的需求,协助宾客解决疑难事宜。
• Assist staff with English language and culture
协助员工学习英语及相关文化。
• Assist in any other duties when required by the Guest Relations Manager
协助宾客关系经理安排的其他工作。
• Assist with translations (information; guest directory; menus etc.) as required
根据需求协助翻译,包括信息、客人目录、菜单等。
• Provide feedback from Guests to Guest Relations Manager for action

Job qualification:
任职资格:
• 3-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
三年制酒店和旅游专业文凭教育或其它相关专业领域同等学历。
• English fluency (communication skills) with good command in 1 local language
