1. Direct and Co-ordinate overall activities of the Front Office.

4. Conform to and enforce policies and procedures & rules and regulations as laid down by Rhombus and the hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.

5. Prepare weekly staffing schedules, monitor staff attendance and assist in planning work schedules.
准备周工作计划,检查员工的出勤情况,帮助他们准备工作计划。
6. Control and verify occupancy forecasts and keep Director of Rooms fully aware of availability situation in the Hotel, especially when approaching full house.
预计开房率,将用房情况汇报给房务部总监,尤其是客房率接近 100%时。
7. Maintain a Hotel log book on incidents, complaints etc. and refer them, if required to the appropriate department for follow up action.
准备一本工作日志,记下事故和客人投诉, 以便相关部门跟踪解决问题。
8. Prepare various monthly reports as required by Manager of Rooms.
准备房务部经理安排的各种月报。
9. Conduct regular operational meetings to review, monitor, adjust and upgrade the performance of the Front Office as a whole, explaining new directions and policies and procedures at the same time.
组织前厅的常规工作会议,回顾总结调整前厅部的工作情况,传达新的工作指示和安排。
10. Prepare the annual capital and operating budgets for the Department in conjunction with the Room Division Manager and ensure departmental expenditure is kept within budget by presenting the P& L for the Department to the Director of Rooms on a monthly basis.
和房务部经理一起准备年度资金预算 ,将每个月的盈利及损失情况上报总经理 ,确保部门消耗控制在成本以内。
11. Handle and resolve all guest queries and complaints in an efficient manner and to establish an amicable relationship with all clients and guests of the Hotel.
积极热情地解答客人的疑问,处理客人投诉,和客户建立良好的关系。
12. Through close supervision recommend improvements and changes to the operation of the Front Office, especially concerning creating better service standards, increasing revenue and reducing costs.
监督前厅的工作,就如何提高服务水平及质量,增加酒店盈利,降低成本等方面提出好的合理化建议。
13. Plan and organize regular Departmental training for all staff, especially new staff, paying particular attention to courtesy, efficiency, service standards, grooming, diplomacy and actual job knowledge.
组织安排前厅部的培训 ,就礼节礼貌 ,规范服务 ,仪容仪表及工作技巧等方面进行讲解加强对新员工的培训。
14. Identify and develop leadership qualities among subordinates in order to guide them towards the path of career enrichment with both Rhombus and the Hotel, and additionally provide the Hotel with a source for future management.
在员工中树立领导形象,培养员工对隆堡及酒店的感情, 为酒店发掘人才。
15. Co-ordinate with Director of Sales to maximize revenue through efficient room and sales control.
和销售总监一起通过有效的销售策略提高酒店的客房率。
16. Co-ordinate with Housekeeping Manager in scheduling room blockage for general maintenance.
和客房经理协调房间的整修维护工作。
17. Ensure to Online Comments target according to our standard service to the guest.
按标准向客人提供服务,确保网上评论的目标
18. Ensure team is fully aware of the product knowledge to up sell,and achieve the upsell target
确保团队充分了解产品知识以提高销售,完成销售目标
19. Perform other related duties and special projects as required by Director of Rooms both within and outside the Hotel.
