Managing daily function of the
Executive Office operations and quality, and work on to support expectation of
all internal and external customers of the hotel. This position also champions
the Quality function and builds support for change.

Supports the General
Manager and his/her team by completing administrative responsibilities. Duties
include organizing, composing and distributing correspondence to associates and
guests, initial response and follow up to inquiries and collecting and tracking
problem resolution information.
