Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
· The incumbent in the position is responsible for maximizing yield for all room reservations, ensuring up-selling during demand periods and conversion over need periods. Other key responsibilities entail reviewing daily of the reservations talent daily room sale management and provide training where necessary, inventory control, planning and reports generation as appropriate and forecasting.
· Produce a demand forecast weekly; deploy transient/group inventory restrictions and pricing strategies, designed to maximize revenue from a rate and occupancy perspective.
· Ensure that the hotel has the optimal mix to maximize revenues and profitability.
· Implement pricing as per Accor pricing policies.
· Pro-actively identify and analyze business opportunities from a net profit standpoint and make the appropriate business decisions and advice the Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager / Resident Manager e.g. comparing wedding business with a business meeting with rooms.
· Conduct quality control checks on all revenue management systems to ensure data accuracy.

· 从净利润的角度,主动识别和分析业务机会,为市场销售总监和总经理/驻地经理提供适当的业务决策和建议,例如比较婚礼业务和商务会议。
· 对所有收益管理系统进行质量控制检查,确保数据准确。
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
· Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
· At least 2 years working experience in the same position.
· Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company
· Possess the foreign language reading and writing skill, have ability to deal with every kind of documents and data.
