工作职责
1.To have knowledge of the operational systems at Front Desk;
掌握前厅部操作系统专业知识;
2.To have knowledge of Front Desk standard operating policies and procedures;
掌握前台标准操作政策和程序方面的知识;
3.Master guest room reservation, report the important group and guest reservation to the department manager,check the VIP notification,and take charge of VIP reception;
掌握客房预订情况,向部门经理报告重要团体和客人的订房情况,检查VIP通知单的发送情况,负责VIP接待工作的落实;
4.Responsible for the use,management and maintenance of the front desk property and equipment,collect,archive and manage all kinds of data;
负责前台财产、设备的使用管理和保养工作,及各类资料的收集、存档及管理工作;
5.Check daily reports for errors and correct them in time;
检查每日的报表是否有误,并及时纠正;
6.Establish a good relationship with guests,and strive to increase room sales.
建立体质良好的宾客关系,努力增加客房销售。
Job Requirements
岗位要求
1.College degree or above,with 1 year experience in the same position;
大专以上学历,有同岗位工作经验1年以上;
2.Hospitiy,good team leading spirit and executive ability;
热情好客,有良好的团队领导精神及执行力;
3.Good communications skills and computer skills;
良好的沟通及电脑使用能力;
4.Requires reading,writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
良好的英文书写及沟通能力。
