Room Attendant is responsible to clean and maintain guest rooms as well as surrounding areas, also provide guest services on the assigned guest floor in accordance with the standards, guidelines and policies established by the Hotel, in order to ensure friendly, efficient and customer orientated service in a clean and orderly environment. Guest delight is the primary focus of all the duties and functions of a Room Attendant.
2.补充客用品;检查、补充、收取小酒吧物品的费用,接收洗衣或干洗;提供客衣服务的相关工作,包括递送布草、收取客衣等
Replenish guest supplies.Check, replenish and post charges of consumed mini bar items.Pick up laundry and dry cleaning items.Carry out valet services when required including delivery of linen or processing laundry orders.
3.向主管及客房办公室汇报酒店客房内的损坏或故障情况;及时向主管汇报并上交客人遗失物品至客房部办公室;保持和办公室、主管以及经理的联系,确保客房楼层维持最好的状态
Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms to superior and Housekeeping office. Report and submits lost and found articles to superior / Housekeeping office immediately. Communicates frequently with Housekeeping Office and supervisor or manager on the status and conditions of guest floor.
4.准确记录所负责区域的房态;报告差异房
Record room status in allocated section accurately. Report room discrepancy.
1.负责酒店的机械系统和相关设备, 包括游泳池、水处理、和污水处理设备的维护保养。
2.按上司指派执行预防性保养维修工作。
3.确保完成的工作质量符合酒店要求。
4.保证各设备安全操作。
5.当工作需要时,随时服从加班或换班的安排。
1.Renders proper maintenance of Mechanical systems and the related equipment, including swimming pool, Water Treatment and Sewage equipment of the Hotel.
2.Formulate the preventive programs.
3.To ensure the quality of work done to meet the hotel requirement.
4.To ensure safety in operation of all equipment.
5.Renders overtime or change of time schedules as situation may require without any delay.

5. Keep the area clean and tidy at all times.
6. Reasonable and effective use of various cleaning supplies.
7. Dispose of kitchen waste in time.
