1.确保所有员工遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
Ensure the delivery of brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
2.确保员工同样在适当的时候为其他部门的内部客人提供优质服务。
Provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
3.礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部客人的投诉和询问,确保问题得到圆满解决。
Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
4.与助理餐饮总监密切配合,协助准备和定期更新会议宴会部的部门预算,以确保完成经营目标并有效控制成本。
Assist with the preparation and regular update of the Conferences and Banquets Departmental Budget, in close cooperation with the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.
5.确保会议宴会部员工以支持和灵活的态度和“团队协作”的精神与其他部门合作。
Ensure that Conferences and Banquets colleagues work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
6.确保宴会仓库和音响视听设备区的整洁有序,包括对装饰品和设备的妥善储存。
Ensure that Banquet storage and Audio Visual areas are neat and organised, including the proper storage of props, and equipment.
7.会议宴会经理不在岗时,就每日的准备、服务和菜单为员工召开班前例会。
In the absence of Conference and Banqueting Manager, conduct daily pre-shift briefings to colleagues on preparation, service and menu.
8.监督会议宴会部所有员工的守时性和仪容仪表,确保他们根据酒店和部门的仪容仪表要求,身着正确的制服并保持高标准的仪容仪表和个人卫生状况。
Oversee the punctuality and appearance of all Conferences and Banquets colleagues, making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.大专学历,高级文凭持有者。行政管理或酒店管理及相关专业。
University/ Higher Diploma graduate, major in Business Administration/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
2.至少2年酒店餐饮工作经验在同等职位。
At least 2 years working experience on the same position in F&B.
