Financial Returning
财务回报:
Achieve revenue and employee sales targets within budget to maximize profits.
Participate in the formulation of departmental annual budgets, hotel marketing plans,
operational and financial plans.
在预算内达成营收目标和员工销售目标,使利润最大化。参与制定部门年度预算、酒店
的营销计划、经营及财务计划。
Develop and implement sales plans to significantly improve occupancy and average
of room rates, increase business volume, sales of catering and banquet service.
拟定并执行销售计划,推动客房入住率明显上升,提高平均房价,提升业务量,增加餐
饮和宴会销售。
Examine monthly reports and sales forecast reports to analyze current and potential
marketing trends. Meanwhile coordinate various activities to increase revenue and
market share, and monitor progress to ensure performance meets or exceeds
established revenue plans.
审核每月报表和销售预测报告,分析当前和潜在营销趋势,协调各种活动增加营收与市
场份额,并监督进展,确保业绩达到或优于既定营收计划。
Develop and formulate various special events and sales activities to promote hotel
business to potential customers. Participate in trade shows and major national and
local marketing events to increase new business opportunities and enhance marketing
opportunities for hotels.
制定、开发各种特别活动和销售活动,向潜在客户推广酒店业务。参加贸易展以及全国
和本地大型营销活动,增加新业务机遇,为酒店提升营销机会。
Employee Team
员工团队:
Supervise daily sales and marketing activities, including allocate tasks and set
performance goals for each employee. Provide guidance, coaching, and regular
feedback to employees to help improve their performance.
主管日常市场销售活动事务,计划并分配工作,为每个员工设定工作绩效目标。为员工
提供教导、辅导并给予定期反馈,帮助提升员工绩效。
Train and motivate employees of sales and marketing department to achieve hotel
revenue targets. Ensure everyone have access to the necessary information, market
data, various tools and equipment to fulfill their job responsibilities.
对酒店市场销售部员工进行教育、培训和激励,促使达成酒店营收目标。确保员工获得
完成工作职责所需的信息、市场数据以及各种工具与设备。
Establish and maintain contact with key customers and external stakeholders (such
as guests, airlines, wholesalers, travel agencies, advertisers, local community groups)
to increase group and conference business volume, including room sales, catering
sales, and banquet services.
同关键客户和外部相关人员(如: 宾客、航空公司、批发商、旅行社、广告商、本地社
区团体)建立联系并保持联络,借此增加团体及会议业务量,包括客房销售、餐饮销售
和宴会服务等。
Guest Experience
宾客体验:
Provide guests with information, such as loyalty programs, local attractions,
restaurants, and facility information to enhance the guest experience.
为宾客提供信息(例如:忠诚计划、本地景点、餐厅、设施信息)以提升宾客体验。
Arrange hotel meetings and business team activities. Coordinate with other hotel level
departments and jointly complete the services specified in the agreements reached
between the sales department and potential customers.
安排酒店会议及业务团队活动,同其它酒店级部门协调,共同完成销售部门同潜在客户
达成的协议中所规定的各项服务。
Communicate relevant information with relevant departments, including the
requirements and special needs of upcoming VIP, large groups and other important
guests.
同有关部门交流所有相关信息,包括即将抵达的贵宾、大型团体或其他重要宾客的要求
和特殊需求。
Supervise various marketing activities and add sales of hotel services, products, and
facilities to guests.
主管各种营销活动,向宾客追加销售各种酒店服务、产品及设施。
Corporate Responsibility
企业责任:
Identify operational issues that reduce marketing effectiveness and overall hotel sales,
and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve them.
发现降低营销效果和酒店整体销售情况的运营问题,同相关部门协作共同解决。
Improve the local visibility of the hotel and brand. Sometimes it may be necessary to
act as hotel representative in media interviews.
提升酒店与品牌在本地的知名度,有时可能需要作为酒店代表接受媒体采访等。
Maintain closing contact with business leaders, officials, and representatives of local
social organizations to ensure that the hotel regularly receives high standards of
exposure.
同本地社会团体的业务领导、官员和代表保持密切联系,确保酒店能经常获得高规格的
曝光度。
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
完成其它分配的任务。
Job Requirements
岗位要求:
Having 3 years or more work experience in the same position in high star hotels.
Familiarize and highly sensitive with the Nanjing market and have good market
promotion ability.
熟悉南京市场,有 3 年及以上高星级酒店同岗位工作经验,对南京市场具有较高敏感
度,具有良好市场宣传能力。
2.Having a relatively stable customer base.
具备相对稳定客源。
3.Having innovative ability, using sales methods to achieve and exceed expected goals
to leads sales team. 具有创新能力,带领销售团队,运用销售方式达到并超过预期目标。
4.Having good team management and communication skills.
具备良好的团队管理及沟通能力。
5.Junior College degree or above, with a good foundation in English.
大专及以上文化程度,具备良好的英文基础。
