Responsible for planning, organizing and
co-coordinating the activities relative to the maintenance and cleanliness of
guest rooms.

工作职责
1. Ensures that VIP blockings and occupied rooms are
properly inspected by Floor Supervisor; also conducts personal inspection of
said rooms.
确保贵宾房和住客房已由楼层主管检查过,并亲自做好上述房间的检查工作
2. Reviews/discusses room assignments of Room
Attendants.
向客房服务员重申客房的安排
3. Reviews linen requirements, checks availability and
appropriateness of cleaning equipment and comfort rooms.
重申布草的需求量,检查清洁设备和客房的情况
4. Double-checks floor corridors, service areas, linen
closets, storage rooms for cleaning equipment and comfort rooms.
重复检查楼层走廊,服务区域,布草房和储存室
1. Ensures that Room Attendants on duty are in
complete clean uniforms.
Ensures that Floor Supervisor checks this
requirement daily.
确保当天客房服务员的制服干净整齐;确保楼层主管每天检查所需物品
2. Plans/conducts training program of Room Attendants.
计划对客房服务员的培训
3. Reviews commendations/misconduct.
复查所有的奖罚事项
4. Reviews performance evaluation conducted by Floor
Supervisor.
复查由楼层主管所作的评估
5. Conducts orientation for new hires for his section
advising them in writing of the standards against which performance of their
subordinates will be evaluated.
为新雇用的员工指引方向,为他们作出相应的评估
6. Conducts preliminary selection interviews of
candidates for positions in his section taking into account standards of
personnel quality of the hotel.
指导初步挑选出来的员工在其工作岗位上的工作
7. Appraises performance of subordinates every six
months and recommends appropriate action basing on results of rating.
每六个月给手下人员做个评估,并在人员的编制上推荐适当的工作
8. Identifies training needs of subordinates of
personnel within his section.
在其部门为员工做好相应的培训
9. Performs other duties and responsibilities that may
be assigned.
