Langham Hospitality Group (LHG) is a global hotel company with properties located in major cities and four continents under The Langham Hotels and Resorts, Cordis Hotels and Resorts and Ying'nFlo brands. It is the hospitality arm of Great Eagle Holdings, a leading property development company in Hong Kong.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Inventory – Working closely with GM, manage group and transient availability on a daily basis.
• Pricing – Manage Retail Pricing, Promotion identification and crafting, Corporate and Group pricing, Support catering and function space (if any) pricing.
• Forecasting and Budgeting – Responsible for generating the Transient and Group forecast and executing the annual Budget process.
• Business and market acumen – Responsible for executing the weekly R.O.M.E remotely, regular interaction with stakeholders to ensure market response agility, month-end critique to above property and property stakeholders.
• Analysis – Responsible for Business Evaluation, Market Research, Market share analysis and providing corresponding analytical reports to property and above property stakeholders.
• Reporting – reports revenue management effectiveness metrics to key stakeholders.
• Systems – Systems setup, performance optimization, maintenance on a regular basis. Rate and promotion loading, inter-system efficiency.
• Training – Revenue Management related training to hotel stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 5 years in the Revenue Management discipline in the hospitality industry.
• Pre-opening experience is preferred.
• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in related fields is required.
• Business level proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is required.
• Business level proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
