The Reservation Manager is accountable for conducting vigilant and appropriate best practices in handling reservations, group information, quality control and education and training of the team within their control. This position also acts as the liaison with IHG voice Central Reservations. The role contributes to revenue generation by ensuring the systems and procedures are in place to create the situation of simplicity for guest to make reservations from any source.
College degree or above;
At least 1 year working experience in the same position.
Clear Mandarin, fluent in written and written English;
With good product telephone sales skills, can achieve the maximum hotel room reservation rate
With sales business negotiation ability, can reasonably deploy hotel products, distinguish priorities, to achieve room sales targets.
With peer hotel room sales information collection and analysis ability, timely preparation of reports to superiors feedback.
With good language organization and writing skills, clearly and logically express sales intentions.
Able to supervise the booking work of team members and guide subordinates to improve telemarketing ability.
