工作职责
1. Provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits and ensure quality of all food or beverage items, ingredients, and preparation methods, in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience while following and maintaining all local, state, and federal laws relating to alcohol service and consumption.
2. Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment on a daily basis in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
3. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Preferred Qualification and Skills
优先考虑的资格与技能
1. College education or equivalent experience
2. Minimum three years bartending or related work.
3. Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety, of wines, spirits, and missed drinks.
4. Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails.
5. Intermediate English ability.
6. Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required.
