Assist the Manager to formulate various work systems of the outlet, and supervise the implementation, constantly improve the western food service, and improve the quality of the dishes. Participate in the formulation and revision of various service norms and standards of the outlet, check the implementation of various rules and regulations by employees, and correct and deal with problems in a timely manner. Participate in the formulation of the outlet's annual and monthly work plan, lead the captain, and employees to actively complete various tasks and business indicators, and strive to increase the outlet's sales revenue. Do a good job in the sanitation of the outlet, and do a good job in weekly and daily sanitation inspections. Establish better communication with the banquet department and assist the banquet to complete a series of tasks. Assist the Manager to complete the employee training and continuously improve the professional quality of the employee.
