员工关系经理负责协调开展员工关系的日常工作。员工关系经理要严格按照酒店的规章制度和部门的工作程序,以更好地管理企业的员工关系,优化人力资源环境,降低劳资关系风险为目标,组织、指挥、协调开展日常工作。
【任职条件】
1、本科或以上学历,具有三年或以上五星级酒店人力资源工作经验。
2、了解并能熟练地运用国家有关劳动人事的政策法规,熟悉现代企业人力资源管理理论和实际运用。
3、组织纪律性强、原则性强;有良好的社交能力和协调控制能力;优秀的语言、文字表达能力;有工作责任感和开拓进取精神。
4、有员工关系、酒店培训相关工作经验优先考虑。
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
JOB SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
You will be required to act as a sales specialist and be responsible to assist the related revenue is maximised in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 3 years work experience as Sales Manager or Sales Executive. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
The overall scope of the position is to manage the hotel’s website and position it as the priority channel of electronic distribution, manage the hotel’s online platforms and digital media campaigns and optimize the hotel’s overall digital presence.
