1. 品牌文化传承与文化浸润 / Brand Culture Propagation & Immersion
黄金标准守护者: 主导丽思卡尔顿“黄金标准”(信条、 motto、 三步服务、员工承诺、基本要素)的全员深化与落地,确保品牌文化渗透至日常运营的每一个细节。
Gold Standard Guardian: Lead the in-depth implementation of The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards (Credo, Motto, Three Steps of Service, Employee Promise, The Basics) among all colleagues, ensuring the brand culture permeates every aspect of daily operations.
入职仪式与体验: 设计与主持富有仪式感的新员工入职培训,让新“绅士和淑女”从加入的第一天起,即沉浸于品牌传奇的服务哲学与社区归属感之中。
Orientation Experience: Design and facilitate impactful new colleague orientations, immersing new "Ladies and Gentlemen" in the brand's legendary service philosophy and sense of community from day one.
文化内驱力建设: 策划并推动各类文化主题活动,如每日班前会分享、服务典范故事传颂等,营造互相激励、共同成长的人文氛围。
Cultural Engagement: Plan and promote cultural theme activities, such as daily line-up sharing and storytelling of service excellence, fostering a human-centric atmosphere of mutual inspiration and shared growth.
2. 人才发展路径与领导力培育 / Talent Pathways & Leadership Cultivation
高潜能人才发展: 与人力资源总监紧密协作,识别并甄选具有丽思卡尔顿DNA的高潜能人才,量身定制个人发展计划,为酒店及丽思卡尔顿品牌梯队输送未来领导者。
High-Potential Development: Collaborate closely with the Director of HR to identify high-potential talents with The Ritz-Carlton DNA, tailor individual development plans, and cultivate future leaders for the hotel and the broader Ritz-Carlton brand portfolio.
导师体系搭建: 建立并维护内部导师辅导机制,通过经验传承与一对一指导,支持员工的职业成长与心智成熟。
Mentorship Program: Establish and maintain an internal mentorship framework, supporting colleagues' professional growth and personal maturity through experience sharing and one-on-one guidance.
领导力精进: 组织并讲授面向各级管理人员的领导力课程,重点强化“服务领导者”的理念,提升团队的凝聚力与感召力。
Leadership Enhancement: Organize and deliver leadership programs for managers at all levels, focusing on the "Servant Leader" philosophy to enhance team cohesion and charisma.
3. 专业技能赋能与服务美学 / Professional Empowerment & Service Aesthetics
服务艺术打磨: 深入业务一线,洞察部门培训需求,协同部门总监及认证培训师,设计并优化岗位专业技能培训,包括但不限于餐饮艺术、房务美学、沟通智慧等,将服务提升至艺术层面。
Crafting Service Artistry: Gain insights from operational frontline to identify departmental training needs. Collaborate with department heads and certified trainers to design and refine job-specific skills training—including but not limited to the art of dining, aesthetics of rooms operations, and wisdom of communication—elevating service delivery to an art form.
培训师赋能: 选拔、认证并持续赋能部门的“认证培训师”,确保他们在各自领域内能够有效地传承技能与标准,成为部门内的文化火种。
Empowering Trainers: Select, certify, and continuously empower departmental "Certified Trainers," ensuring they effectively pass on skills and standards within their teams, acting as cultural catalysts in their departments.
4. 培训体系运营与生态营造 / Training Operations & Ecosystem Cultivation
年度规划与资源管理: 基于酒店战略与人才盘点,制定年度培训计划与预算,高效管理培训资源与设施,确保培训环境的优雅与专业。
Annual Planning & Resource Management: Develop the annual training plan and budget based on hotel strategy and talent reviews. Efficiently manage training resources and facilities to ensure a professional and elegant learning environment.
员工凝聚力活动: 策划并组织员工认可计划、庆祝活动及年度感谢周,弘扬“我们以绅士淑女的态度为绅士淑女服务”的员工承诺,提升团队归属感与职业自豪感。
Colleague Engagement Events: Plan and organize colleague recognition programs, celebrations, and the annual "Thank You Week." Uphold the Employee Promise, "We are Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen," fostering a strong sense of belonging and professional pride.
学习数据分析: 追踪员工学习轨迹与培训效果反馈,运用数据洞察不断优化培训内容与形式,确保培训投入切实转化为员工成长与服务升华。
Learning Analytics: Track colleague learning journeys and training feedback. Utilize data insights to continuously optimize training content and delivery methods, ensuring training investments translate effectively into colleague growth and service excellence.
任职要求 / Qualifications
教育背景: 酒店管理、人力资源管理、心理学或相关专业本科及以上学历。
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
工作经验: 至少3年以上奢华酒店或国际五星级酒店品牌培训管理经验;具备丽思卡尔顿品牌或万豪国际集团体系内工作经验者将被优先考虑。
Experience: Minimum 3 years of training management experience in a luxury hotel or international five-star hotel brand; prior experience with The Ritz-Carlton brand or Marriott International system is highly preferred.
语言能力: 流利的中文(普通话)及英文沟通能力(书面及口语),能够自如地进行双语授课与演讲。
Language: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and verbal); ability to conduct training sessions and presentations bilingually with ease.
