About the role
The Four Seasons Hotel Beijing is looking for Intern who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. Working in Guest Service, Intern reports to Guest Service Supervisor.

What you will do 工作职责
1. Delivers the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times. 确保遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
2. Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, Feedback guests’ complaints to Assistant Manager/Duty Manager immediately. 礼貌并有效地处理客人和员工的投诉或询问,将客人投诉立即汇报至助理经理或值班经理。
3. Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate. 确保服务符合品牌标准的基本要求,适时提供更多可供选择的品牌服务。
4. Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transportation and other services requested by guests. 确认预抵和离店的详细信息,并提供行李和运输以及客人的要求的其他服务 。

What you bring 任职条件
1. College graduate or Certificate in Hotel Management 大学毕业文凭或酒店管理毕业证书
2. Had experience in Guest Services Operations 有宾客服务部工作经验
3. Intermediate English ability 中等英语水平
