    工作职责: 1.财务核算和税务管理 1)负责商管集团及下属公司核算、税务的统筹管理,持续优化核算及税务体系,提升核算及税务工作效率及质量; 2)建立与其他部门沟通机制,形成完整的工作关闭流程; 3)对接控股集团与核算、税务相关的专项工作; 4)负责财务核算、税务相关体系文件编写及完善; 5)负责出具商管集团合并报表,统筹内部往来结算、关联方定价等相关工作。 2.团队管理 1)负责核算税务团队的专业能力建设和培训; 2)从集团规范性角度,对相关员工进行绩效考评; 3)持续完善优化核算税务会计的专业能力,提升基础财务工作的人均效能; 4)负责团队建设、梯队建设,提升中心组织能力。 任职资格: 1.本科及以上学历,财务管理、会计管理、审计及其相关专业,; 2.具备6年以上会计岗位工作经验,3年以上总账或核算经理工作经验,3年以上团队管理经验,具有中级会计师职称,CPA优先; 3.有较强的责任心,逻辑思维能力,沟通与协调能力,抗压能力,具备良好的团队协作和统筹能力; 4.踏实稳重,对工作精细求精,关注细节,对自身工作有较高要求。
