工作描述 Job Description:
1.负责员工入职和离职手续的办理及人力资源系统信息的录入与更新。
Responsible for handling employee onboarding and exit procedures, as well as entering and updating information in the human resources system.
2.协助人力资源部门完成日常事务性工作,包括但不限于员工档案管理、数据录入与整理等。
Assist HR department to complete daily routine work, including but not limited to employee files, data entry and collation.
3.协助管理员工更衣室、倒班宿舍等。
Assist in managing employee locker rooms, shift dormitories, etc.
4.完成上级交办的其他临时性工作任务。
Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
任职资格 Qualification:
1.本科及以上文化程度,通过大学英语四级(CET4)及以上。
Bachelor's degree or above, passed CET4 or above.
2.对人力资源工作有浓厚兴趣,愿意从基础岗位学习并积累经验。
Strong interest in human resources work, willing to learn from basic positions and accumulate experience.
3.具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神,能高效配合部门同事完成工作。
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit can work efficiently with department colleagues to complete the work.
4.实习期不少于6个月。
The internship period is not less than 6 months.
5.酒店管理、旅游管理和人力资源管理专业优先。
Hotel management, tourism management and human resources management majors are preferred.
