Regional Workshop (including HMP/Pre-Opening training)
1) Consolidate registration information (record different training fee)
2) Send weekly registration record summary to Training Manager (Every Friday)
3) Forward registration confirmation/class confirmation to user
4) Bind the materials, prepare relevant stationery and gifts, send them to the host hotel one week ahead. Record Inventory based on Regional Workshop Checklist
5) Collaterals and logistics preparation
6) Record late cancel and no show for on-site training
7) Consolidate training feedback and update the NPS, send email to facilitator
8) Update WH&R Regional Workshop Record 2025
9) Key in HMP Total Records
Webinar/Online Learning
1) Edit monthly & corporate calendar for webinar topic list
2) Book meeting room (ROOM CHN SH WYNDHAM) for webinar one month ahead
3) Consolidate registration participant list before webinar and send to facilitator. Send email to guest speaker about the webinar procedure.
4) Send Feedback and participants name list to facilitator
5) Consolidate actual participant list by course and send to facilitator
6) Update the webinar Complete Brief List and Corporate List
7) Consolidate webinar evaluations and update the NPS
8) Input the Playback & Essential Training information– in excel total sheet
Internal Training Preparation
1) Consolidate registration participant list for internal training
2) Set up meeting room
3) Update total participants name list and NPS
Wyndham Green
1) Update the total record of WGC with certification detail
2) Draft Congratulation email & certificate and forward and send to training manager
Training Recourses & Contacts Update
1) Translate new training materials if needed
2) Update training contacts list (HR & GM) and send them T&D E-brochure (HUN)
Video and Media Collection
1) Take pictures for training activities
2) Make activity videos upon request
Requirements
1. A current student with Hotel Management / Tourism Management / Tourrism English background.
2. Cantonese only,
fluently English & Mandarin, CET - 6 prefer.
3. Presentable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
