· Greets all guests at all times in a friendly andhelpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity

· Registers and rooms all arrivals according toestablished procedures
按照既定工作程序为所有来客登记并安排房间。
· Maintains intimate knowledge of departmentalstandards and procedures

· Performs check in, check out and room changeprocedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systemsin accordance with reservation
履行入住、退房和换房手续,并确保所有资料都按照预订情况完整的输入酒店电脑系统。

· Able to read and write English

1. Checks in and out guest in an efficient and?friendly manner;
2. Handles all guest interactions with the highest level?of hospitality?and professionalism;
3. Utilizes a variety of computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports and select and block rooms for arriving guests.

Preferred Qualification and Skills

1. College graduate or Certificate;
2. Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language; Prefer Japanese Speaker;
3. Good Communications skills and Computer skills;
4. Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required.

FINANCIAL RETURNS
· Support the BusinessDevelopment team in the validation of the potential of assigned accounts andcreate account plans as per the IHG hotels Business Development standardoperating procedures
· Grow assigned accounts to meetfixed goals and maximise profitability
· Support the BusinessDevelopment team in gathering information on current and prospective clients /contacts to generate incremental business
· Maintain effective control ofsales expenses
PEOPLE
· Use both account interactionand publicly available tools to monitor competitors' activities as it relatesto both the hotel and the portfolio of accounts and share relevant informationwith key stakeholders in line with hotel procedures
· Provide feedback to managementon changing market conditions, including competition and market trends
· Involve Sales Executive or SalesManager where appropriate on sales calls and sales meetings
· Communicate to his/her superiorany issues encountered and other relevant information
· Attend and participate intraining sessions, daily briefings and other meetings as required
GUEST EXPERIENCE
· Network within one’s portfolioof accounts to build relationships with key decision makers and other relevantstaff
· Support Sales Executive inconducting client meetings as well as planning and coordinating siteintroduction tours and inspections
· Handle and manage clients’queries or issues
· Be proactive and responsiblefor the follow up of new sales leads to enhance guest experience
· Develop and maintain contactwith business generators (MICE Planner; travel agents; etc.)
RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS
· Ensure accurate and timelyupdating of an accurate record of all relevant activities in the provided SalesSystem (i.e. Delphi; Opera; etc.) for future reference and control purposes
· Update Account and Contactprofiles, attach Account plans, ensure ‘live’ information for action
· Develop awareness andreputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community.
Perform other duties as assigned.
To provide both internal and external information. Anticipating guest’s needs and handling all kinds of inquiries. To support on assisting the revenue generating department achieving their goals. Coordinate the operation mainly in the lobby area. To provide the lateral assistance to ALL guests.
