工作职责： 成为王府中環实习生，将有机会一窥全国领先的超高品质VIP Lounge真容，参与高端购物中心的运营管理，接触最领先的CRM管理理念，组织和参与项目的策划和执行： •会员活动支持：参与会员活动运营策划与落地执行； •面客服务协助：根据顾客需求，为购物中心顾客提供相应服务； •竞品市场调研：参与对竞品项目的品牌会员体系、会员活动等进行调研 ； •其他工作：协助文档整理、报告制作等工作 任职要求： 2024年9月1日——2025年8月31日毕业的全日制高等院校在读学生 •形象具有亲和力，具备一定的服务意识与责任感； •对商业地产/奢侈品等行业感兴趣，关注品牌和消费者体验； •能够运用Excel、PPT等进行基础的数据分析 •具备良好的沟通表达能力，具备流利的英语交流能力更佳 •办公室地点位于北京市东城区王府井大街，每周到岗工作5天，能够实习2个月 实习待遇与福利： 日薪150元/天，能够与全国顶尖的商业地产运营团队一起共事，学习了解商业地产行业，接触各类国际顶尖品牌。
