KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES主要工作职责 * Directly answers all incoming group inquiries/opportunities. * Builds rapport and effectively qualifies each business opportunity.* Exhausts all avenues to sell hotel through alternative dates and/or rates. If no alternative is determined, Sales Coordinator cross sells to another cluster hotel.* Presents the benefits of the hotel to the customer.* Inputs and maintains contact, account and opportunity information in sales system.* Develops accurate contract/offer and sends to customer. Gains commitment of customer through signed contract/offer.* Once signed contract/offer is received, completes accurate, detailed turnover documentation for F&B. * Maintains relationship with customer through thank-you letter and follow up calls to increase repeat business opportunities.* Strives to meet measurable targets and goals, as assigned for individual and team. * Site inspection. JOB SPECIFICATION职位要求 : * At least one year hotel sales experience or two years of operations working experience* Strong overall sales skills* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Proficiency in meeting room set-ups, audio visual, and other support services* Understanding of contract management and legalities* Understanding of sales strategy and need times as developed by revenue management* Understanding and achievement of team and individual goals* Software knowledge* Sales systems knowledge

1、具备酒店所需的专业知识及技能，满足客人所需，提高宾客满意度。 2、准备每周宴会预测及其他需要的支持文件。 3、确保对客服务的及时性，使得整个活动中宾客的满意程度达到最高。 4、确保会议活动结束开具所以专职发票。 5、与预定，销售部门及餐饮部门保持密切的沟通，确保整个会议活动协调一致。 6、与相应的事件管理人员合作，在适当的时候提供部门/客户的具体服务 7、参与和参加适当的、组织培训会议、日常简报和其他会议。

接受线上、线下客户对酒店的预订需求，并予以妥善解决。 接听客户对酒店等产品信息的咨询电话，予以解答并作好相关记录。 熟悉处理房间预订的程序，给宾客提供给最新和最准确的房况信息。 落实“预订未到宾客”的名单和每日团队取消情况。 调节和控制房间预订、销售。
