Trained and direct staff on guest floor培训和引导员工去工作
Check occupied .departure and vacant rooms检查所有的房间,如住人房,预退房和空房等
Report ready room to reception将检查完后的干净房间汇报给前台
Check and report maintenance work to be done检查和汇报工程问题并负责跟踪确保完好
Make recommendations on procedure to be adopted and personnel required to the Senior Supervisor向高级主管提出合理化建议
Responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the floor assigned including equipment and supplies in general确保楼层所有物品和工具的清洁
Report immediately sick and irregular guest to Assistant Executive Housekeeper向行政副管家汇报客人生病和异常客人
Organize work assigned ensure that staff understand and perform their duties quickly and efficiently in order that the standard on quality and service are met all times所安排的工作确保员工能够明白,并快速高效的去完成工作
Inspect service trolley to ensure that they are well-stocked确保工作车储存规范
岗位要求
1.Minimum 1 year supervisor in Housekeeping Department.
至少具有一年楼层主管的工作经验。
2. 2-3years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
两至三年同级别国际连锁酒店的工作经验。
确保餐厅及房内用膳的顺利运作,并超越客人的期望。根据标准与程序将餐厅作为生意单位来经营。作为餐厅经理应不断提高、完善管理技能,以实现本部门在客人满意率、利润收入指标、提高员工士气等方面目标。
To ensure smooth and efficient operation of the assigned outlet. Operate the outlet as a business unit as per the standards and procedures and practice managerial principles, in order to achieve departmental goals, in terms of Guest Satisfaction, financial targets, and training and high employee morale.
