4、将团队信息及时分发至酒店各部门。例如:发宴会通知单,团队摘要和准备活动协调会
5、检查宴会运行和与其一起工作的各部门工作,确保客户的需要及酒店的承诺都落实到位
6、及时检查每日账单录入的准确性,并及时与活动负责人核对账单账目确保准确无误
7、及时在酒店的宴会会议系统中更新会议活动数据档案,确保信息准确
8、协助宴会销售总监预测房间间夜和宴会收入
9、根据宴会销售团队架构来协助宴会销售总监分配对日常工作进行有效分配
10、指导宴会销售团队,总是确保将高质量的服务和产品提供给客户
1. Above 5 years or above luxury hotel sales and related working experience
2. Good communication, organization and presentation skills
3. Responsible for the promotion and sales of all products of the hotel,including but not
limited to rooms, catering, banquets, etc
4. Distribute team information to all hotel departments in a timely manner,for example,
handing out banquet notices, team summaries, and preparing for eventcoordination
meetings
5. Review banquet operations and work with all departments to ensurecustomer needs
and hotel commitments are in place
6. Promptly calibrate general bills and invoices, preparing and invoicingthe receivables
to the organizer to ensure all payment arrive on time
7. Update the event data file in the hotel's banquet and conference systemin a timely
manner to ensure the information is accurate
8. Assist the Director of Events in forecasting room to room nights andbanquet revenue
9. Assist the Director of Events to allocate daily work according tothe team structure
10. Guide the Banquet Sales team in ensuring that high quality services andproducts are
provided to customers
