宾客服务中心及前台实习生（一名） 1、熟悉部门工作细则和流程； 2、参与相关的酒店营运与服务工作。 【岗位要求】 1、能适应轮班。 2、一定的英语基础，能用英语进行听、说 3、能在酒店进行不少于6个月的实习 4、热爱服务行业，具有良好的顾客服务意识、亲和力、沟通技巧和团队合作精神。 餐饮部实习生（一名） 1、要熟知菜单、食品配方及其它方面的知识，以向客人推荐各种食品及饮料。 2、清洁并擦亮所有器皿。 3、保持工作场地及餐具室内物品的齐全、干净、整洁。 4、添加所需的布品及操作设备。 5、从仓库内领取物品。 6、根据标准的手册来完成服务工作。 7、根据餐厅的规定来摆放餐桌。 8、结束服务后，要清理所有的饭菜，并清洁桌面。

【岗位职责】 1、协助IT部门进行日常硬件设备的维护与管理，包括电脑、打印机、网络设备等； 2、负责酒店内部软件系统的安装、调试及基础故障排查； 3、协助处理员工IT相关问题的咨询与技术支持； 4、参与酒店IT系统的数据备份与基础维护工作； 5、协助IT团队完成其他临时性技术任务或项目支持。 【岗位要求】 1、对计算机硬件、网络及常见办公软件有一定了解，具备基础IT知识； 2、具备良好的学习能力与动手能力，能快速掌握新工具或系统； 3、工作认真负责，具备较强的沟通能力与团队协作意识； 4、能适应酒店行业的工作节奏，具备一定的抗压能力； 5、有相关实习经验或IT相关专业背景者优先考虑。
