Job Responsibilities岗位职责
Ensure
that all catering & Mice business are handled professionally and to assist Director
of EBC in maximizing the EBC Revenue. Conduct catering & Mice sales
activities and service customers including meeting with customers, handling
customer enquires, preparing business proposals, maintaining a good database
and record of all sales call activities, customer contacts and business deals.保证以专业的知识和态度进行宴会及团队销售业务,从而协助销售预定中心总监实现销售收入最大化。进行宴会及团队销售活动,服务客人,包括和客户面谈,答复客户的咨询,准备报价文书,维护客史资料系统,记录销售拜访结果,客户联系方式,业务结果。
1.Meet
with customers regularly handling catering sales calls and catering leads.周期性的客户拜访,寻找业务机会。
2.Conduct
EBC sales activities according to the set guidelines and plans set up with the
Manager.与部门经理共同制定各种销售工作规范,并且据此制定和执行自己的销售拜访计划。
3.Ensure
all enquires are handled promptly and efficiently.保证及时高效地回复所有的客户咨询。
4.Meet
with key banquet customers to build relationship.拜访重要宴会及团队业务的客户,维持良好的合作关系。
5.Actively
share information on guest comments, both positive and negative.对于客户的意见,无论是正面的,或是反面的,及时主动反馈给相关部门。
6.Participate
in all customer events.对于客户的宴会及团队活动,协作安排,并保证尽量当时在场。
7.To
input information related to all accounts into Opera S&C. 在宴会及团队销售预订系统内输入所有有关客户信息和数据。
8.Manage
the Fidelio S&C database and ensure all information in the system is up to
date.管理并及时更新系统内的客户信息和数据。
9.Responsible
for setting up plans and actions for each EBC lead.负责针对每个目标客户,制定和实施销售计划。
10.Prepare
Catering Sales Call Reports to record all information on EBC sales activities.完成销售拜访报表,确保及时记录销售活动中得到的相关信息。
11.Help
Director of EBC to collect the figures from competitors to ensure the knowledge
of the EBC market updated.协助销售预定中心总监收集和了解竞争酒店的信息和业务数据,并且保证及时阶段性更新。
12.Assist
EBCM in setting up pricing for all market segments and the pricing for catering.协助销售预定中心经理规定细份市场,从而制定相应的宴会销售价格。
Job Requirement岗位要求
1.Minimum 2 years work experience in the hotel
industry from a sizeable international organization.2年以上国际大型连锁酒店的工作经验。
2.Be proactive in identifying leads and covert them
into business opportunities.能够以积极态度发现所有潜在客户,并将其转变为业务机会。
3.Ability to comply reports as required using
appropriate computer software.熟练使用电脑,熟悉相关软件,尤其需要擅长报表制作。
4.Good interpersonal skills and listening skills.良好的人际关系处理能力及倾听技巧。
5.Ability to communicate effectively with various departments.良好的与各不同部门沟通的能力。
6.Proficiency in written and spoken English and
Mandarin.熟练听说中英文的能力。
7.Good general education, preferably University
graduates.高等教育水平,本科以上学历为宜。
