监督、培训和巡查洗衣房的员工、水洗工、熨烫工和收发员，确保所有的流程都是按照酒店的标准进行的。负责控制酒店所有客衣质量和清洗，确保所有客衣收取，清洗和送还都能达到集团标准。
任职资格：
1. 总体技能要求：工作细心、注重工作细节、有效率，与其他同事团结合作、对客户资料和与酒店相关的数据做好保密工作。
2. 技术技能：适当的化学处理和安全程序的知识；遵守酒店标准的政策和程序；确保酒店设施设备的安全性。
经验要求：
至少八年在奢华五星级酒店或国际品牌的超豪华酒店的相关工作经验。

THE TEAM
You will be part of the Housekeeping Team, working within the Laundry and Linen team. This role reports directly to the Laundry Manager and collaborates closely with general Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Services, Finance, and Food & Beverage teams to support seamless hotel operations.
YOUR ROLE
As Laundry Supervisor, you play an essential role in delivering Rosewood’s luxury service standards through the effective supervision of daily laundry operations. You will support in leading the laundry team while ensuring the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, efficiency, and safety. Your role supports operational excellence across all related departments, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and the overall success of Rosewood Beijing.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Supervise, train, and support the laundry team to ensure all operations meet hotel and brand standards
- Ensure the quality, cleanliness, and timely handling of all guest laundry, uniforms, and linen
- Inspect daily laundry production for Rooms and F&B to ensure prescribed standards are consistently achieved
- Coordinate with Engineering to maintain laundry equipment in proper working condition
- Ensure correct usage of chemicals, safety procedures, and rewash / discard processes
- Handle guest and employee concerns professionally while fostering a positive and cohesive team environment
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- You have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury or ultra-luxury international hotel
- You have strong knowledge of laundry operations, chemical handling, and safety procedures
- You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining consistently high standards
- You are confident supervising, training, and motivating a team
- You remain calm under pressure and demonstrate sound judgment in daily operations
- You are organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
