岗位职责 1、 主要负责楼层房间、走廊，并协助公共区域等处的壁纸、天花板、地毯、家具设备维修、补、保养和卫生间的卫生洁具、上下水及管件的维修、房间风机盘管、热水器及消防喷洒系统、防火门、闭门器等工作。 2、 负责本岗位设备保养维修工作，上报主管或领班，审查后及时完成并做好维修、保养记录工作。 3、 随时向维修中心反馈工作完成进度。 4、认真落实主管和领班布置的各项工作。 5、维修中需要停用 水、煤气、蒸汽、热力等，影响一线部门使用时，必须通知直属领导、维修中心、相关部门。 6、控制好本岗位的环境因素。 岗位要求 1、 具有中专或同等及以上学历。 2、 具有水、暖通、热力等方面的知识。 3、具有一年以上实际工作经验。 4、思想端正，能够团结同志，有强烈工作责任心，有酒店经验者优先。 5、具有司炉证书者优先。

岗位职责 1、负责酒店的所有给排水系统的正常运转和保养维修。 2、参与冷热水管路的维修保养。 3、负责酒店内的所有水龙头及卫生洁具的维修保养。 4、负责对所有下水、污水道进行维护及疏通。 5、配合做好所有水系统设备的维修保养。 6、负责各区域厨房内的煤气管接口、阀门的检查保养。 7、主动向领班汇报工作中的问题及完成情况，及时记录当天维修日志。 8、除及时完成本职能组负责的各维修任务外，应服从主管和值班工程师的指派，帮助其它工种努力完成相关的维修工作。 岗位要求 1、中专及以上文化程度， 2、有同岗位工作经验2年以上。 3、能独立完成管路系统的维修和其他维修工作。 4、具有丰富的管道工经验并持有相关的上岗操作证书。

【岗位职责】 1、在厨师长的领导下，按菜式规定，烹制各种菜式，保证出品质量。 2、熟悉各种原材料的名称、产地、特点、价格、起成率、淡旺季，协助厨师长检查购进货源的鲜活、质量、数量必须符合要求，发现问题，及时向领班、主管汇报。 3、按厨师长厨分工，完成大型宴会、酒会的菜品制作任务。 4、按照洲际酒店集团的食品卫生安全标准合规操作并执行标准。 【岗位要求】 1、中专及以上学历，或相关专业毕业。 2、熟悉西/韩日/东南亚饮食的工作规范和要求，掌握配菜的各种操作技术的质量要求。 3、了解食品卫生法。 4、能按工作规范和质量标准要求独立进行工作，并有相应的技术等级。 5、一定的文字语言表达能力。
