Staff Canteen Specialist Cook will report directly to the Chef de Partie. Staff Canteen Specialist Cook is responsible for running the assigned kitchen station efficiently and effectively. He/she is to ensure, that the agreed quality, hygiene and other standards are kept or surpassed at all times.
