职位概括
Under the supervision of the Housekeeping Manager, and Assistant Director of Housekeeping.在客房部经理和客房部助理总监的监督下工作。
The HSKP Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms meet the highest standards as set by Four Seasons Hotels. 客房部主管负责确保所有客房达到四季酒店设定的最高标准。
HSKP Supervisor also manages the Room Attendants on the floor and conducts inspections on a daily basis.HSKP主管也管理楼层服务员,并每天进行检查。

• Inthe absence of a Manager, conduct shift briefings to ensure hotel activitiesand operational requirements are known
在经理缺席时主持交接班说明会,确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营的要求
• Endeavourto resolve all complaints during shift and log all complaints in log book forfurther follow up
在自己当班期间尽可能解决所有的投诉,并在工作日志中记录所有投诉以便进一步跟进的工作

1. 基本要求(年龄,性别,外貌等)Physical (Age, Sex, Presentation, etc):
· 男女不限;相貌端正;身体健康;男身高170以上;女身高160以上;
Male or Female do not limit; appearance is decorous; physical health; male height above 170; female height 160 above
· 具有酒店管理或相关的学位或毕业证书。
Has the hotel management or related degree or diploma.
· 普通话标准,基本的英文能力,熟练掌握微软办公软件
Putonghua standard, basic English ability, familiar with Microsoft office software
· 能适应夜班工作
Adapt to the night work
2. 学历要求Education Qualification:
· 中专及以上
bachelor degree or above
3. 工作经验Professional Experience:
· 半年以上同等岗位工作经验;
More than half of the same position working experience.
岗位职责:
l 正确使用、操作厨房的设施设备、器具;
l 与团队成员一同收货,对收货物品进行数量、质量、规格的清点;
l 能够接受外场工作任务;
l 能够接受在厨房以外的地点完成工作;
l 可以被要求进行采购、盘点工作;
l 时刻保持以专业和积极的态度对待团队成员和上级,行为举止以餐厅的规则和团队成员手册的依据,确保部门的良好运营;
l 协调、组织和参与和厨房有关的所有产品的制作;
l 避免浪费和损失食物,确保最大限度的节约原材料及成本管控;
保证厨房区域卫生标准,包括库房、冷冻室、冰箱及储存室的干净整洁。
任职资格:
l 高中/中专以上学历,厨房烹饪专业,有相关资格证书;
l 具备本职位相应的烹饪技能,高效快捷完成工作;
l 有能力按照事情的优先顺序按时完成任务;
l 能够合理消耗所有产品和配料;
l 有能力按照事情的优先顺序按时完成任务。
