Job Purpose
The position is responsible for dealing with rate loading, TARs line support and Marketing campaign hotel communication support
Primary Responsibilities
1st primary responsibilities (Rate loading)
● Support changes and creations related to the activities of planning, pricing, price points, tariff restructuring and sales conditions linked to direct and indirect channels, monitoring their implementation.
● Support the opening and activation of new hotels through direct and indirect distribution channels (TARS, GDS, Omnibees, OTA), informing the partners to connect.
● Carry out pricing structure, respecting the established deadlines.
2nd primary responsibilities (Welcome-Now Support)
● Provide support to hotels in terms of the TARs issue reported. Valuing quality and complying with SLA services.
● Maintain contact with internal sectors to resolve issues related to the area.
3rd primary responsibilities (Marketing campaign hotel communication support)
● Participate in hotel market campaign hotel communication, support and implement the process and actions linked to local offers based on Marketing and Revenue Management strategies.
Other Responsibilities
● Practice Accor's values and follow current internal practices and policies.
● Perform other related assignments, according to the needs of the area and at the discretion of the immediate superior.
Knowledge and Experience
● Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management.
● Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
● Strong working knowledge of CRS,PMS,Sales Tools and Microsoft Office.
● Knowledge of labor laws and employment visa requirements in China.
