• Update rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship at all time, handling all guest complaints, requests and enquiries on hotel services.

Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Massage Therapist.

• Graduate from an accredited school of massage with a massage license.

Ø Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets, and current trends and make recommendations for appropriate adjustments to kitchen operations accordingly.
