- Full time traineeship with a minimum duration of 6 months. Students can be placed at any hotel departments if vacancies allow.

Operate all utensils and machinery in his assigned section.
2.根据标准的烹饪方法在制作。
Work accordingly to standard recipes.
3.保持本部门工作场地干净、整齐。
Keep the section that he is assigned to in good working order.
4.遵守酒店的规章制度。
Follow hotel rules and regulations at all times.
5.根据上级的要求,完成其他工作。
Perform any other duties as assigned supervisor.
6.和所有员工保持良好的关系。
