岗位职责 1、接待住店、来访客人（包括团体客人、散客），为客人办理入住登记手续。 2、做好客人入住的准备工作，高规格地为宾客办理登记入住手续。 3、为客人排房（包括预先排房）和确定房价，并做好有关客人资料的档案工作。 4、正确地显示客房的实时房态。 5、协调对客服务，保持并发展与相关的部门的沟通联系。 6、接待投诉客人，解决不了的问题及时上报领班或主管。 7、迅速、准确的回答客人的问讯（包括介绍店员人服务信息、市内观光、天气、交通情况等）。 8、处理客人留言以及分发、回收钥匙，保管客人寄存的物品。 9、掌握住客信息，了解当天的酒店餐饮宴席、会议活动、VIP客人抵离、房间预订情况。   岗位要求 1、普通话标准，相貌端正，身体健康。 2、性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实，具有较强的服务意识、推销意识和责任感。 3、通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类以及前台工作程度和规范。

岗位职责 1、遵守操作规程及酒店规章制度。 2、按计划检修客房，检修公共区域，根据客房损坏情况排出先后次序。 3、完成综合性临时任务，如检查VIP房、监督客房、餐厅、大堂等外包大修工作。 4、完成宾客提出的小修工作。 5、完成维修领班安排的其它工作。 6、提供客房设施现状、公共区域现状，提出补救意见。 岗位要求 1、高中及以上文化程度；两年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、以电工优先，对钳工、管工、空调、木工、油工专业知识有一定的了解，具备一专多能，动手能力强。 3、五官端正，身体健康，精力充沛。

1、疏导过往车辆，保障大堂门前过往车辆行人的 安全，使门前畅通无阻。 2、服务周到热情，见宾客主动问好，对乘车宾 客要协助迎宾员照料宾客下车。 3、保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全， 4、保持好与大门岗及停车场岗位的联系使车辆 有序出入停放。 5、加强巡逻，发现可疑情况，视情况处理或及 时向上级报告。 6、一般性纠纷和事故立即按程序处理，并及时 请示汇报。 7、一旦酒店发生火灾应立即报警，按火灾处理 程序向有关人员进行报告。 8、监控岗位轮班上。 岗位要求 1、高中以上学历。或退伍军人。 2、处理事情要迅速，果断、准确。 3、具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知 识。 上班时间08:00-20:00;月休6天，有监控员证更佳，介意勿拍 其它要求
