职责概述 GENERAL MISSION 监督并指导当班保安员开展工作，确保酒店既定的工作程序与巡视工作规范执行。 A Security Supervisor is responsible for the duties and activities of Security Officers and Guards during a shift. He / she should ensure that positions, procedures, patrols and their frequencies are established and adhered to. 工作职责 RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS 指导监督各班次的运作，保证保卫巡视的正确执行，确保对客人和同事实施安全保卫工作。 Supervise each security operation shift, making sure adequate patrol patterns and frequencies are maintained to ensure the security of guests and Team Members. 熟悉并全面检查酒店的消防设施、消防通道及各出入口。 Familiarise with and check hotel fire equipment and fire evacuation passages. 确保保安员将巡视记录中的维修问题及时报告给工程部。 Ensure Security Guards report maintenance issues to the Engineering department promptly as recorded during their patrols. 熟悉各部门工作流程、安全知识与应急处置程序，监督检查相关要求落实情况，指导安保人员提升专业知识与工作水准。 Familiarise with each department’s work procedures, security knowledge and emergency procedures. Supervising each position’s professional knowledge and work standards. 在员工进出酒店时对其包裹进行随机检查。遵循原则，未得到批准的情况下严禁酒店财物外带。 Conduct random bag inspections of Team Members entering and leaving the building. Ensure asset removal policy is adhered to, to prevent hotel assets from being removed without proper authorization. 在酒店的出入口安排外围巡视点，以确保在酒店周围无闲杂人等。 Maintain perimeter patrols at points of entry and egress to ensure that there are no loiterers in the Hotel premise. 严格公正地考核员工的业务知识、工作纪律、责任心，全面了解每个员工的工作状况。 Professionally examine Team Members’ work knowledge, discipline and responsibilities. 负责本班次的日常工作事务和员工考勤。 Responsible for Team Member’s daily shift work schedule and attendance record. 传达和落实部门各项工作安排和培训计划。 Convey and carry out department’s work arrangements and training plans. 对酒店各区域进行随机检查，以保证酒店内安全保卫措施的实行，如防火门保持通畅，水龙带门前无设备堆放，各货物堆放区间保持清洁，以及喷淋头保持充足等。 Conduct random inspections of the Hotel to ensure security practices are being followed, fire exits are not blocked, equipment is not obstructing fire hose reel doors, sufficient clearance between stacked goods and sprinkler heads. 与值班经理配合解决客人安全相关的投诉。通过与客人交流，建立起友好、信任和满意的对客关系。 Cooperate with the on-duty manager to resolve guests' complaints. By communicating with guests, establish a friendly, trusting and satisfactory relationship with them. 熟悉急救程序及消防紧急措施。 Be familiar with current first aid and fire emergency procedures. 定期参加例行会议，回顾本部门的工作情况并提出调整和改善的意见。 Attend regular operational meetings to review, monitor, adjust and update the performance of the Department as a whole. 保持工作区域的高度清洁和整齐。按照酒店的标准保持个人仪表，在任何时候表现出职业形象。 Ensure a high level of cleanliness & tidiness in your work area. 以积极专业的态度与酒店各部门及同事沟通，建立起良好的工作关系，增强团队精神保证有效的双向交流。 Interact with Team Members in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication. 完成上级交待的其它任务。 Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisor. 职位要求 JOB SPECIFICATION 40 周岁及以下，条件优秀者年龄可酌情放宽。 Under 40 years old (inclusive). The age limit may be appropriately adjusted for outstanding candidates. 学历要求：高中及以上学历。 Educational requirement: High school diploma or above. 具备安保相关岗位一年及以上工作经验。 At least 1 years of experience in the security and fire control field. 有效清晰的沟通能力。 Able to communicate effectively and clearly. 熟悉有关酒店消防、安全生命系统和设备的知识。 Good knowledge of hotel’s life-safety systems,fire equipment and security operations. 掌握酒店保安工作程序。 Master the work procedures of hotel security guards. 保持优秀的领导能力。 Excellent leadership skills. 较强的人际处理能力并关注细节。 Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details. 相关证书：持有中级消防设施操作员资格证书优先。 Relevant certificates: Those holding the Intermediate Fire Facility Operator Qualification Certificate are preferred.
