JOB SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
Assists to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel’s guest rooms and floors.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 3 years work experience hotel operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

l 负责集团化营销的客户接待工作,与酒店各部门充分协作,及时准确地反映客户需求和意见,提升客户满意度。
l 通过提供高质量的服务和其他一切合适的方式,执行客户关系管理计划,与客户建立良好、稳定、长期的合作关系。
l 接、发、处理、保管所有客户来电来函及文件,对客户的反馈进行及时传递和处理。
l 积极参与每日、每周例会及月度工作会议,总结工作经验,计划下一阶段工作重点。
l 负责PMS系统中协议客户档案的录入和维护。
l 负责酒店所有销售合同的归档和管理。
l 定期或不定期向销售总监递交客户接待报告,并以此作为业务沟通和制订客户接待计划的基础。
l 完成上级领导指派的其他工作任务。
