JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
岗位职责
· Welcomes the guests upon their arrival in a friendly and caring manner according to the Kempinski standards and assists them with the delivery of their luggage to their room in an efficient and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
根据凯宾斯基的标准以友好,关怀的方式欢迎客人的到来并帮助客人有效,及时的将行李送至房间,确保客人满意度。
· Escorts guests to their room. For first time guests, explains hotel services. In the room, provides further explanations on facilities to ensure guest comfort during the length of their stay. For regular guests, if appropriate, maintains a friendly and caring conversation.
护送客人回客房。为第一次到店客人阐明酒店服务。在房间里,提供进一步的设施说明,确保客人舒适入住。对于常住客人,保持友好和关怀的谈话。
· Keeps abreast on hotel products and services as well as on tourist and business traveling information that may be of any interest to our guests.
掌握客人可能感兴趣的任何酒店产品和服务以及旅游和商务旅行的信息。
· Handles guest requests in a polite and efficient manner, refers requests to relevant staff if needed to ensure customer satisfaction. Follows up when necessary.
礼貌并有效的处理客人的要求和投诉。为确保客人的满意度,予以相关员工更深层次的指导。必要时予以跟进。
· Collects luggage from guest rooms and keeps them in a secure area until guest departure.
将行李从客人房间取出并使他们在一个安全区域直到离店。
· Maintains visibility in the lobby entrance area and offers assistance to guests when sees them carrying their luggage on their own.
在大厅入口区域保持可见性并当看到客人自己携带行李时予以帮助。
· Upon requests, stores guest luggage into the luggage storage room. Handles all luggage’s with care.
如客人有需求,将客人行李存入行李寄放室。小心放置所有行李。
· Maintains cleanliness and tidiness of luggage storage room.
保持行李寄放室的清洁和整洁。
· Maintains cleanliness and tidiness of the entrance area of the hotel (inside and outside).
维护酒店入口区域的清洁和整洁(内部和外部)。
· Any other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time as directed by your Supervisor or Manager.
其他由主管或经理随时分配给您的职责。
· Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
根据酒店运营需要可以随时添加其他责任和任务。
岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
- 熟悉本部门设备基本情况,了解每种设备的使用方法,安全操作规程和维护保养规程。
Have a clear knowledge of the departmental equipment, usage of every device and procedures of operation and maintenance work.
- 组织、督导员工认真学习设备使用操作规程,经常检查员工的执行情况,坚决制止违章操作。
Organize and supervise staff to learn the operation standards. No violation of standard operation is permitted.
- 组织、督导员工搞好设备的日常维护保养工作,保持设备完好。
Arrange and supervise the daily maintenance work.
- 积极配合执行轮班工作的要求。
Must be willing to perform shift work.
- 按照维修工作的需求制订每天,每周和每月工作分配计划。落实维修情况直到达标。
To make daily, weekly and monthly work assignment as regards to repairs and preventive maintenance and to follow through until work is completed in a satisfactory manner.
岗位要求/Job Requirements
- 高中以上学历,5年以上国际知名酒店工程管理经验;
Senior high schooldegree or above, have 5 years work experience in international hotels;
- 两年以上在职暖通空调主管工作及稳健的工作履历;
At least 2 years as Mechanical supervisor or above and work experience stably;
- 具有扎实的给暖通、空调、排水设备的维修保养经验,并通过相关职业认证证件;
Strong skill in Air conditioner,Plumbing and Laundry Equipment maintenance;
- 良好的学习能力及语言表达能力;
Good learning and communication skills;
- 懂电脑操作
Be able to use computer.

1.确保公共区域整洁并与酒店标准一致,保养、供需品和环境都保持高品质。确保环境干净、舒适、温馨并保养良好。
Ensuring the public areas standards with regards to cleanliness, maintenance, supply are consistently maintained at a very high level. To ensure a clean, comfortable, well maintained and welcoming environment.
2.掌握所有设备的操作方法,培训员工安全工作和正确的操作方式。保证所有机器和清洁用品都被正确使用,并与当地的安全标准保持一致以保障安全。
Knows how to operate all of the equipment and train the ambassadors. To ensure all equipment and cleaning supplies are used correctly and in accordance with local safety and security standards to guarantee ambassador safety.
3.进行每月机器检查,确保所有设备都状态完好,可正常工作。
Conduct monthly machinery inventory to ensure all equipments are in good condition and working order.
4.为公共区域清洁员工,准备及分配每天的工作。
Prepare public area cleaner daily work assignment.
5.随时履行部门经理派发的合理任务。
Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time.
