DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职责和义务 1.Strictly implement the hotel's grooming,grooming requirements and prescribed dress,and devote yourself to work with full spirit。严格执行酒店仪容，仪表要求和规定的着装，精神饱满的投入工作。 2.Stay at your post and pay close attention to the situation of people entering and leaving the hotel.People with disheveled clothes,idleness,and mental abnormalities are prohibited from entering the unit area.坚守岗位，密切关注酒店进出人员情况，禁止衣冠不整，闲杂人员，精神异常者进入单位区域。 3.Use standard gestures to command vehicles to ensure that vehicles enter and exit and park in an orderly manner,and reserve VIP parking spaces as required.Parked vehicles that affect the smooth road,hinder the beauty, and are prone to accidents, must be resolutely guided. 用规范的手势指挥车辆，确保车辆进出，停放有序，并按要求预留好贵宾车位。对影响道路畅通，防碍美观，容易引起事故的停放车辆，必须态度坚决地予以疏导。 4.Pay attention to items entering and leaving the hotel area. It is strictly forbidden to enter the unit,flammable,explosive,or illegal items to prevent safety accidents. 关注酒店区域内进出物品，严禁易燃，易爆，非法物品进入单位，防止安全事故的发生。 5.During patrol,check the operation of fire protection and security equipment facilities in various areas of the hotel to ensure that the equipment and facilities are normal and effective. Safety issues found during patrol shall be reported to the security supervisor and engineering department in a timely manner for handling. 巡逻时检查酒店各区域消防，安防设备设施运行情况，确保设备设施正常，有效。巡逻过程中发现的安全问题及时报告保安领班和工程部处理。 6.During the patrol, boldly prevent all kinds of illegal and disorderly behaviors and do not shelter and conceal. If the dissuasion is invalid,report to the foreman immediately。                               巡逻中大胆阻止各种违法乱纪行为，不包庇隐瞒。若劝阻无效时，立即向领班报告。 7.Strictly control non-store and consumer personnel to enter the guest room floor.Workers who are working on the floor must check the construction documents and urge them to only move within the construction area。                                                                                                        严格控制非住店，消费人员进入客房楼层，对在楼层施工的工人必须查验施工证件，督促其只能在施工区域内活动。 8.When you meet a guest while patrol, greet him in polite words and take the initiative to give in; when guests need help, they will actively provide help to guests without violating the law and relevant hotel regulations。                                                                                                           巡逻时遇见客人，使用礼貌语问候并主动让行：客人需要帮助时，在不违反法律及酒店相关规定前提下，主动给予客人帮助。 9.Receive an emergency report from superiors,quickly arrive at the scene according to the instructions, control the situation, and report the on-site situation to the foreman on duty or the monitoring center in a timely and accurate manner。                                                                    收到上级紧急情况通报，迅速按指令到达现场，控制事态，并及时，准确地向当值领班或监控中心报告现场情况。 10.Strictly implement the inspection system for employees to go to and from get off work and the"Standard Procedure for Carrying Items Out" to prevent the loss of hotel items. 严格执行员工上，下班开包检查制度和执行《携带物品外出标准程序》，防止酒店物品流失。 11.Maintain the environmental sanitation of the job area and keep the job clean and hygienic。 维护好岗位区域的环境卫生，保持岗位整洁，卫生。 12.Do a good job in handing over job matters and items, and fll in the duty records in detail。 做好岗位工作事项，物品的交接工作，详细填写值班记录。 13.Obey and complete other work tasks assigned by superiors。服从并完成上级布置的其他工作任务。 JOB SPECIFICATION 工作要求 1.Knowledge of hotel Security preferred了解酒店保安工作程序 2.Minimum I year experience in Security position, preferably in the hotel. 至少1年保安工作经验，最好有在酒店作保安工作的经验。

1.负责全酒店公共区域设备设施的清洁与保养。 2.正确使用清洁剂及清洁工具。 3.负责营业区域的清洁。 4.保证客用卫生间的清洁水平。 5.保证会议区域和办公区域的清洁。 6.负责酒店外区域和员工通道的清洁。 7.严格执行安全操作规程，防止意外事故发生。 8.身体健康，相貌端正。 9.接受过正规客房服务培训。

1、掌握客房清洁和整理的标准流程。 2、熟悉客房内设施的操作和维护。 3、负责楼层房间的清洁，杯具的清洁与消毒，脏布草的收集、更换与新布草的折叠、摆放工作。 完成易耗品的每期盘点工作。 4、能够协助客人解决入住期间的问题，并及时向上级汇报。

岗位职责 1.负责指挥排放车辆，确保车辆的停放井然有序，并避免刮车、撞车事故发生。 2.负责保障客人、员工的人身和财产安全，确保客人、员工在酒店区域内的安全。 3.负责酒店各部门不安全因素的监督、检查，并及时上报，确保杜绝任何安全隐患。 4.负责维护酒店内外秩序，并及时制止突发事件，营造一个安全和谐的经营环境。 5.负责酒店外出物品的检查，并及时上报，确保酒店资产损失率降为最低。 6.完成部门领导交代的各项任务，确保安保工作有序进行。 2.工作义务。 1.责任区域内车辆门窗 、后备箱检查； 2.违规停放电动车管理。 3.对在车场内逗留过久人员进行解释，劝其离开。 4.对夜间12:00后进入酒店内人员进行询问。 5.对各单位需外出物品进行检查、核对。 6.对衣冠不整、未带临时出入证施工人员禁止其进入施工现场。 7.对出入打卡处员工进行不定期包裹检查。 岗位要求 1、初中以上学历，或退伍军人。身高170cm以上。 2、处理事情要迅速，果断、准确。 3、具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识。

Clean and service assigned guest rooms and corridors to the highest standards possible. 确保对所指定的客房及走廊提供标准清洁及服务。 1.Cleans up to 13 rooms in a 8-hour shift, ensuring all standards of lay out and cleanliness are that of   laid down policy. 在8小时工作时间内清扫13间客房，确保所有客房达到酒店制订的政策。 2.Ensure highest standard of cleaning in assigned areas.确保所分配的区域的高度清洁。3.Ensure guest privacy is respected when DND status is displayed.确保在“请勿打扰”状态下客人的隐私被维护。 4.Offer all possible assistance to guests and respond to guests request.尽可能地为客人提供帮助,响应客人的要求。 5.Cleans and supplies guest rooms according to standards and procedures.按照程序和标准打扫和补给客房。 6.Does turndown service when required.需要时提供开夜床服务。 7.Ensure master keys are kept secure at all times.随时保证钥匙的安全。 8.Keep trolley neat and adequately supplied.保持手推车的整洁和充分的补给。 9.Maintain all equipment in good working condition.维持所有的装备处于良好的工作状态。10.Keep linen room neat and in good order.保持布草房的整洁和井井有条。 11.Keep floor linen rooms neat and tidy.维持楼层布草房的干净和整洁。 12.Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in your work area.保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁。 13.Report any loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixture or equipment to the Floorsupervisor.向楼层主管汇报任何布草,家具,固定物或装置的丢失或损害。

1.60岁以下，男女不限，身体健康，五官端正。具有酒店、物业、或大型企业保洁经验的优先录用。 2.熟练使用各种清洁工具及良好的服务意识。
