Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·Produces and presents the dishes for the section in line with the cooking instructions and processes defined by the hotel and brand.
·May be asked to carry out some food preparation in the dining room in front of guests, depending on events or how the F&B offer is organized.
·Ensures that dishes are well presented, of a high standard and at the right temperature.
·Delivers dishes in good time to suit guests' wishes.
·Depending on the hotel, may be asked to receive deliveries, check and store merchandise.
·Organizes his/her work and timing to suit fluctuations in guest numbers and special events.
·Ensures that the workplace remains clean and the safety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP regulations.
·Is actively involved in meeting the department's targets:
-By following the cooking instructions to the letter.
-By avoiding waste and loss of food items.
-By respecting the procedures and internal audits applicable in the hotel.

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Vocational certificate or diploma in professional cuisine
·1to 2 years of experience
·Perfect knowledge of HACCP guidelines
·Computer literate in the Windows environment
·Languages: fluent in the national language, knowledge of English
·持有烹饪专业资格证书。
·1到2年的相关经验。
·了解,熟悉HACCP知识 。
·熟悉电脑操作知识。
·语言要求:中文熟练,会英语更佳。
BASIC FUNCTION基本职责
Responsible for the care, maintenance and general up-keep of all gardens, landscape areas, plants, trees inside and outside of hotel.
负责所有花园、景区、植物和酒店内外树木的照料、保养维修
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职责和义务
1.Sweeps and cleans all gardens and landscaped areas inside and outside of the hotel, gathers dry leaves, weeds, and places garbage in proper receptacles.
清扫所有的花园和酒店内外的景区,集中所有的落叶、杂草,并把垃圾安放在适当的容器里
2.Waters plants and trees per schedule; cultivate them regularly.
每个班次负责浇灌;定期耕种
3.Applies appropriate fertilizers and insecticides to all plants and trees per schedule.
每个班次给所有的植物适当的施肥和杀虫
4.Performs all activities of a gardener .
履行园丁的所有工作任务
5.Keeps, takes care of and maintains a nursery for plant propagation.
保持、照料并维护好植物培养的花圃
6.Cleans all garden tools and equipment and stores them properly before signing out.
在下班前清洁整理好所有的工具和设备
7.Prepares schedule/log book for all indoor plant movement.
准备好记录室内植物搬动情况的记录本
8.Reports to Supervisor problems encountered in garden operation.
向主管汇报在工作时遇到的问题
9.Performs other related duties that may be assigned.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1.Ensure staff uniforms and hotel linen is processed and delivered in a timely manner.
