1.Assists the Manager in efficiently managing the Concierge Department according to established concept statement providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.

2.Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and reports guest complaints or problems to Assistant Manager - Concierge if no immediate solution can be found.

3.Establishes a rapport with guests, maintaining good customer relationship.

4.Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of the Concierge counter, equipment and storage.
