To be Responsible in providing the most
efficient and courteous accounts service, and to undertake other duties and

The person will be activity involved in handling
concerns generated from media and activities organized/planned for Ritz-Carlton
key media, providing an efficient and personalized Ritz-Carlton standard

1. Concerning
the communication / Profitability 关于沟通及盈利:

Attend daily departmental line up 参加日常早上的LINE UP
l
Manage & update hotel press kit under guidance
在上级指导下整理及更新酒店新闻夹
l
Receive, review and manage all newspaper,
magazine, website and TV clipping about the hotel. 收取、浏览并整理与酒店相关的报纸、杂志、网站及电视等媒体报道
l
Manage the hotel sinaweibo and blog and other
social media platforms under guidance. 维护酒店官方微博、官方博客等社交网络平台。
2. Concerning
the administration 行政及其他工作:

To maintain an accurate and updated filing
system of all correspondences. 维持一个准确并最新的往来信件存档系统
l
Handle Director Mail, co-ordinate with data
suppliers 处理直接的邮件,与数据库供应上互相配合工作。
l
To update media database on timly basic. 定期更新媒体数据库
l
To answer the phones within three rings and in
accordance with The Ritz-Carlton

Ensures that confidentiality of either hotel
revenue, occupancy nor room rate information, not to share with outsiders or

Familiar with the emergency procedure such as
fire and bomb threat and coordinate all actions in accordance with safety and
